Nelco has informed that as per ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ (Code) adopted by the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities will be closed between 25th December 2025 till the 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December 2025 are declared to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). The closure of trading window would be informed to the designated persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
