Axis Bank informs about postal ballot notice

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Axis Bank has informed that it enclosed a copy of the postal ballot notice, seeking approval of the members for:  Appointment of Neeraj Gambhir (DIN: 00257375) as a Director and Whole-time Director (designated as Executive Director) of the Bank and payment of remuneration; Appointment of Malavika R. Harita (DIN: 09005600) as an Independent Director. The remote e-voting will commence on Saturday, December 20, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) and end on Sunday, January 18, 2026 (5:00 pm). The result of the postal ballot will be declared within two working days from the conclusion of remote e-voting process on or before Tuesday, January 20, 2026 and will be communicated to the stock exchanges as required under Listing Regulations and will also be made available on the website of the Bank at www.axis.bank.in. The postal ballot notice is being sent only by email to those members who have registered their email address with their Depository Participants or KFin Technologies (‘KFin’) and whose names appear in the register of members / list of beneficial owners as maintained by the National Securities Depository, Central Depository Services (India) and KFin as on the cut-off date, Friday, December 12, 2025.
