TCS rises as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in Costa Rica

Tata Consultancy Services is currently trading at Rs. 3313.50, up by 33.40 points or 1.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 3280.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3300.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3317.90 and Rs. 3286.10 respectively. So far 33541 shares were traded on the counter.

Tata Consultancy Services’ (TCS) wholly owned subsidiary -- TCS Iberoamerica S.A. has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary by name ‘3-101-951221 SOCIEDAD ANONIMA’ in Costa Rica on December 15, 2025. The primary objective is to establish operations in Costa Rica where many large corporations have captive centers. This will enable the company to expand its operations in a country that is a very strong hub for North American clients, with a good talent pool, offering a stable business environment for growth.
