ITC has informed that Prag Agro Farm (‘PAFL’), a wholly owned subsidiary, has been voluntarily liquidated with effect from 10th December, 2025, vide Order of the same date of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench; a copy of the Order was received on 18th December, 2025 at 7.12 pm. PAFL has accordingly ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Enclosed the relevant disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Master Circular dated 11th November, 2024.
