Appointment of Amitabh Kant (DIN: 00222708) as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years effective October 29, 2025; 2. Appointment of B. Santhanam (DIN: 00494806) as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years effective October 29, 2025; 3. Re-appointment of Preetha Reddy (DIN: 00001871) as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years effective March 1, 2026; 4. Entering into Material Related Party Transactions with L&T-MHI Power Boilers; 5. Entering into Material Related Party Transactions with L&T-MHI Power Turbine Generators; 6.
