Tata Steel has acquired 148,80,95,239 equity shares of face value $0.1008 each aggregating to $150 million (Rs 1,354.94 crore) in T Steel Holdings Pte (TSHP). Post this acquisition, TSHP will continue to be a wholly owned foreign subsidiary of the Company.
