Tata Elxsi has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by its Designated Persons will remain closed from December 25, 2025. The trading window closure is in connection with the approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and nine-months ending December 31, 2025. The trading window shall be opened 48 hours after the said results of the Company are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges. An intimation in this regard has been sent to all the Designated Person(s) of the Company.
