Intellect Design Arena has informed that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading in respect of Securities of the Company (The Code) and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
