Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency informs about closure of trading window

In terms of the Company's ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code regarding Practice and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (‘the Code’), Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency has informed that the trading window shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours from the date of Board Meeting in which the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 are approved, for trading in equity shares and listed debt securities. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. During the above period of closure of trading window, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in company’s equity shares and listed debt securities. The date of the Board Meeting of the company for consideration and approval of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
