Deepak Nitrite has informed that in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in Company's shares by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, shall remain closed with effect from Thursday, the 1st January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours, after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending on 31st December,2025.
