East West Freight Carriers informs about closure of trading window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, East West Freight Carriers has informed that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Promoters, Directors, KMP and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from 1st January, 2026 and will open 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company by the Board of Directors for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
