Signatureglobal (India) to sell investment property in Gurugram

Signatureglobal (India) has executed a Sale Deed to sell its investment property situated in Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) at Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, on December 30, 2025. The property is being sold to Renu Lohia and Rishabh Lohia for a consideration of Rs 30 crore.
