Network People Services Technologies has informed that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (amended from time to time) or any other law for the time being in force and the Company’s Code of conduct of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for trading/dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025. Accordingly, the Immediate relatives of all the Designated Persons are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, the date of the Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course of time.
