Bajaj Consumer Care has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct), the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the ‘Designated Persons’ covered under the Code of Conduct from January 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025, shall be intimated in due course.
