Foundry Fuel Products has informed that the trading window shall remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, KMPs, other Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relative from 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended 31st December, 2025 will be informed in due course.
