Finolex Cables informs about disclosure

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) read with Sub-Para 20 of Para A, Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Finolex Cables has informed that the Company is in receipt of the Order issued by Superintendent (Vertical-3), CGST and Central Excise, Division-III, Indore, Madhya Pradesh dated 02.01.2026. The option is open for the Company to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority. The relevant details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular reference SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in the enclosed Annexure.
