Bajaj Consumer Care has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. Further, vide letter dated December 31, 2025, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons covered under Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct), from January 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025.
