Maruti Suzuki India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 28th January 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025.
