Further to its letter dated December 29, 2025, Sab Industries has informed that it enclosed the Minutes of the Special Resolutions passed by way of Postal Ballot by the Members of the Company as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 13, 2025. The Results of the Postal Ballot was declared on December 28, 2025 and communicated to the Exchange vide letter no. SAB/2025/ dated December 29, 2025.
