Coforge has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee has approved the allotment of 7,40,714 equity shares on January 16, 2026, under the Company's ESOP Scheme. Consequently the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 33,57,82,522 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each aggregating to Rs. 67,15,65,044. The company is in process of completing other formalities w.r.t issue and listing of the said shares and will file the necessary documents with the exchange shortly for seeking the listing and trading approvals.
