PBA Infrastructure informs about EGM

PBA Infrastructure has informed that it enclosed the Notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) bearing No. 01/EGM/2025-26 of the Company. The said EGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12 February 2026 at 4.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 14th January 2026. The Company has completed the dispatch of the Notice of EGM to its shareholders in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI Regulations.
