Usha Martin informs about ESG rating

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Usha Martin has informed that the Company has been voluntarily assigned with an ESG rating of ‘69’ by CFC Finlease, a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider, based on the information/data of the Company pertaining to financial year 2024-25 available in the public domain. The above-mentioned rating was intimated to the Company by email on 16th January 2026 at 18:13 pm IST. Further informed that the Company did not engage CFC Finlease for ESG rating and the said rating was done independently. This disclosure is also being made available on the website of the Company i.e. www.ushamartin.com.
