Ranjit Securities has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its 05/2025-26 Board Meeting held on Saturday, 17th January, 2026, has approved the appointment of Ms. Aayushi Godha as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. The appointment has been madc pursuant to the resignation of Sandeep Nema from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 30th November, 2025.
