Capitalnumbers Infotech has informed that Abhideep Bhattacharjee, Head of Alliances designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company has resigned due to other opportunities. We would like to thank Abhideep Bhattacharjee for his contribution to the Company and wish him success in all future endeavours. The details required to be disclosed as per Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure - A. A copy of resignation tendered by Abhideep Bhattacharjee vide letter dated January 16, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure - B.
