Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Pioneer Embroideries has enclosed a certified true copy of the minutes of the resolutions passed by the members of the Company through Postal Ballot (via remote e-voting). The results of the said Postal Ballot were declared on 5th January, 2026.
