Meyer Apparel has informed that the board has approved the appointment of Anjali Tiwari as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from January 17, 2026. Anjali Tiwari has provided her consent to act as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer dated 12th January, 2026 pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
