Axiscades Technologies, JSW Infrastructure and Ambuja Cements to see some action today

Axiscades Technologies’ subsidiary -- Mistral Solutions has secured supply order from Bharat Electronics (BEL), Ministry of Defence, for supply of Signal and Data Processing Units along with associated spares. The said order is expected to be completed in 2 years. 

JSW Infrastructure has received approval from the Board of Directors for acquisition of 100% shares of JSW Overseas FZE (JSW Overseas) from JSW Terminal (Middle East) FZE, at book value, for total consideration of Rs 19.21 lakh (78446 AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)). JSW Overseas is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and post this acquisition, JSW Overseas will become a direct wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. 

Ambuja Cements has commissioned 2.4 Million Ton Per Annum (MTPA) brownfield expansion of Cement Grinding Unit in Marwar Mundwa, Rajasthan. With commissioning of this Cement Grinding Unit, the company’s consolidated Cement capacity has increased to 108.85 MTPA.

Ceinsys Tech has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for ‘Designing and Implementing a Robust Change Detection System for effective Urban Monitoring and Management’ and ‘Implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) for viaducts, tunnels and stations’ amounting to Rs 11.34 crore and Rs 8.27 crore, respectively, excluding GST. The total contract value is Rs 19.61 crore excluding GST.

Using its innovative TCCT technology (Trivalent Chromium Coating Technology), TSN produces packaging steel more sustainably and already complies with future legislation. TSN is the exclusive developer of this innovation and holds the patent. TSN also supplies TCCT technology to other steel producers, setting the European standard for sustainable packaging steel production.
