Bansal Roofing Products informs about board meeting

Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bansal Roofing Products has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026 through video conference inter alia to consider the following business: 1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2025 and to adopt the Limited Review Report of the Auditor’s thereon; 2. Any other business with the permission of chairman of meeting. Further as informed vide its letter dated December 23, 2025 (BRPL/SEC/2025/78), the trading window for dealing in the Company’s Securities by the designated persons and their immediate relatives, as required under the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, was already closed from January 01, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company.
