Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company submits intimation about execution of MoU

Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company has informed that Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the MFINS Services Private Limited (Mfins) for collaboration to jointly pursue opportunities in the solar panel loan segment in India. The proposed MoU involves a strategic partnership to leverage their respective strengths - including the Company’s financial expertise and Mfins’s operational capabilities - to jointly develop and scale solar panel loan offerings. This Collaboration envisages opportunities to expand the Company’s loan book, strengthen market participation, and capitalize on the expanding solar panel loan segment with enhanced product reach and competitive positioning. The MoU has been executed today, i.e., 19th January 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure-1.
