REC submits board meeting intimation

REC has informed that in terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of REC will be held on Thursday, January 29,2026 to consider and approve unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Further, as per Company's Code of conduct for regulating, monitoring & reporting of trading by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives and for fair disclosure and as informed vide letter dated December 26, 2025, the trading window will remain closed for trading in REC's equity shares and other listed securities from January 1, 2026 to January 31, 2026 and trading window will open with effect from February 1, 2026. During the said closure period, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are again advised not to deal in REC's equity shares/ other listed securities.
