Pursuant to the Provisions of Regulation 29 (1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, STEL Holdings has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 28,2026 through audio-visual means, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31,2025. Further, in accordance with its communication dated December 24,2025, concerning intimation of closure of trading window, the trading window shall remain closed until Friday, January 30,2026 and shall re-open on Saturday, January 31,2026 unless communicated otherwise.
