Bank of Baroda informs about board meeting

Bank of Baroda has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of Bank of Baroda will be held on Friday, 30th January 2025 at Bank’s Corporate Office, BKC, Mumbai to consider & approve the Un-audited (Reviewed) Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank together with relevant segment reporting, for the quarter/ Nine months ended 31st December 2025. In view of the aforesaid, Trading Window in terms of ‘Bank of Baroda Codes of Fair Disclosure and Conduct’ read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will re-open for trading with effective from 02nd February 2026, the closure of which has already been announced by us beginning from 01st October 2025 vide letter no. BCC:ISD:117:16:511 dated 24th December 2025.
