The Board has approved the appointment of Purav Bharatbhai Patel (DIN: 06854044) as the Additional Director in the category of Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from January 19, 2026 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting. Brief profile of Purav Bharatbhai Patel is enclosed as Annexure A.‘ This is in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
