Ujjivan Small Finance Bank informs about press release

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended, Equity Shares of Ujjivan Financial Services (Merged with Ujjivan Small Finance Bank / Bank) in respect of which dividend has not been claimed for seven consecutive years or more is being transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund ('IEPF'). In compliance with the above provisions, the Bank has published a notice today dated January 19, 2026, in the following newspapers: Financial Express (All editions) in English Language and; Hosadigantha (Bangalore edition) in Kannada Language it enclosed the newspaper clippings. This intimation shall also be available on the Bank’s website at www.ujjivansfb.bank.in.
