Ranjit Securities informs about resignation of statutory auditors

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III (Part A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ranjit Securities has informed that Jain Doshi and Company, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 075938), Statutory Auditors of the Company, have resigned from the position of Statutory Auditor of the Company with effect from today, i.e. 13th January 2026. SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 mention about continuous Disclosure Requirement for events that are deemed material or may apply materiality in terms of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The resignation has been tendered due to some unavoidable personal reasons. The Company shall take necessary steps to fill the casual vacancy in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
