Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Jupiter Infomedia has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today on January 19, 2026, considered and approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. Accordingly, with regards to aforesaid, it has enclosed the following: a. Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025 and b. Auditors Limited Review Report on the Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1.00 pm and concluded at 2.20 pm.
