Jasch Gauging Technologies has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 15:00 hours to approve unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and period ended 31st December 2025. The trading window which closed with effective from January 01, 2026, shall remain closed till 48 hours after publishing of aforesaid financial results.
