Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) and Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company (ALNG), UAE have signed a Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) for procurement of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for a 10-year term. ALNG is a subsidiary of ADNOC Gas, which is a world-class, large-scale integrated gas processing and sales company operating across the gas value chain. Under the terms of this SPA, HPCL will receive LNG at its 5 Million Tonne per annum LNG Storage and Regasification Terminal at Chhara, Gujarat. The supplies under this agreement will support the requirements of its own Refineries, City Gas Distribution (CGD) network and Gas demand across key sectors like Fertilizers, Power, Petrochemicals and other Industries, thus meeting the nations growing and evolving energy needs.
Waaree Energies has received an order for supply of 210 MW DCR solar modules from a renowned customer engaged in the business of owning, developing and operating renewable power projects in India. Further, Waaree Solar Americas Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has also received an order for supply of 2000 MW solar modules from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States.
Inox Green Energy Services has been awarded Letter of Award (LoA) from KEC International (KEC) to provide O&M services for the 625 MWp solar project at Bhadla, Rajasthan. With this addition, Inox Green’s solar O&M portfolio crosses 3 GW taking its total renewable O&M portfolio to > 13 GW, as the company rapidly expands across both solar and wind segments.

Highway Infrastructure has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) of Rs 64.69 crore for operations at Mundka Fee Plaza at Km 22+750 for the project development of UER-11 (NH-344M & NH-344N) in the State of Delhi and Haryana. The Letter of Award (LOA) was issued by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on January 19, 2026.
