With reference to its earlier disclosure vide letter no. LGEIL/CGC/2025-26/28 dated January 17, 2026, submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimating receipt of an Order-in-Original (‘OIO’) passed by the Office of Commissioner of Customs (NS-V), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra. Upon further detailed examination and interpretation of the said Order-in-Original, LG Electronics India has clarified that: ‘No demand of differential duty amounting to Rs. 11,91,51,910/- has been raised or confirmed on LG Electronics India Limited’. This clarification is being issued to ensure accurate information is available to the stakeholders and the Stock Exchanges.
