Oberoi Realty reports marginal rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Oberoi Realty has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26). 

The company has reported 12.06% decline in its net profit at Rs 471.82 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 536.53 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 5.89% at Rs 1,247.80 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 1,325.83 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal rise in its net profit at Rs 622.64 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 618.38 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 6.95% at Rs 1,561.74 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 1,460.27 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
