Monte Carlo Fashions informs about incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary company

Monte Carlo Fashions has informed that this is in furtherance to intimation letter dated January 16, 2026, wherein the Company had informed that Board of Directors of the Company has approved to incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. Accordingly, the Company has informed that Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company Namely ‘MCFL Energy Projects Private Limited’ has been incorporated on January 19, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master dated November 11, 2024 and December 31, 2024 are enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure - A’. This intimation is being submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
