RRP Electronics India informs about proposed reclassification of promoter

Pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) and other applicable provisions, RRP Electronics India has informed that the Company has received a request from Vishal Thakkar, Promoter of the Company, seeking reclassification from the ‘Promoter’ category to the ‘Public’ category. The Board of Directors of the Company will consider the aforesaid request for reclassification at its upcoming Board Meeting, subject to compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations and approval of the Stock Exchange(s), as may be required. Upon approval of the Board of Directors, the Company shall make an application to BSE for approval of the said reclassification in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 and shall take all necessary steps in this regard. This intimation is being made for the information of the Stock Exchange and the Stakeholders of the Company.
