Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Virtual Global Education has informed that Rahul Mishra (DIN: 01153325) has tendered his resignation from the position of the Independent Director of Virtual Global Education with effect from the close of business hours on January 19th, 2026 due to the personal reasons. Further, he has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for the resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.
