In reference to intimation dated 30.05.2025, with respect to the approval from Bombay Stock Exchange vide notice dated May 29, 2025 (Notice number: 20250529-13) for annulment of forfeiture of 900 equity shares of Wahida Begum G, Eastern Treads has intimated that the BSE has issued final trading approval dated (Letter/Notice No. DCS/Annul/KS/21/2025-26) 19.01.2026 for the aforesaid shares and the corporate action is completed on 19.01.2026.
