Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Forever New Apparels. Under the agreement, the company would provide the facility to procure and lease mobile phones to the Employees of Forever New Apparels under Zaggle’s Employee Purchase Programme. The agreement has a contract period of 10 years.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services operates in a segment where it interacts and interface with its customers (i.e., businesses) and end Users (i.e., employees) and is among a small number of uniquely positioned players with a diversified offering of fintech products and services.
