Tata Communications informs about outcome of board meeting

Pursuant to Regulations 30, 33, 51 and 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tata Communications has informed that it enclosed the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, which have been approved and taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today (Attachment A). The company has stated that S.R. Batliboi & Associates, LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company, have issued a Limited Review Report with an unmodified opinion on the above-mentioned financial results (Attachment B). A press release in this regard is also enclosed (Attachment C). The aforesaid documents are also placed on the website of the Company at www.tatacommunications.com/investors/results. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 hours IST and concluded at 13:55 hours IST.
