Stallion India Fluorochemicals informs about rescheduling of board meeting

With reference to intimation dated 18th January, 2026, Stallion India Fluorochemicals has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company that was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 21st January, 2026 is rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons/circumstances and now will take place on Friday, 23rd January, 2026 to consider, the proposal of fund raising by way of Equity Shares or any other securities through appropriate mode including rights issue, as may be permitted under applicable law and as may be decided by the Board, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required. Pursuant to intimation dated 18th January, 2026 the trading window of the company shall remain close till 48 hours after the publication of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
