Transpek Industry has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 4th February, 2026 at 2.00 pm through Audio-Visual means to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2025. Also, according to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company which was closed from 1st January, 2026 will re-open after 48 hours following the declaration of the financial results on 4th February, 2026.
