Pursuant to Regulation 47 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Atishay has informed that it enclosed copies of newspaper advertisements containing the extract of the Unaudited Ind AS Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The advertisements were published in the newspapers: The Free Press Journal, Mumbai (English) -Wednesday, January 21, 2026 and Nav shakti, Mumbai (Marathi) - Wednesday, January 21, 2026. The advertisements also include a Quick Response (QR) code for easy access to the financial results.
