McNally Bharat Engineering Company informs about updates

McNally Bharat Engineering Company has informed that the Company has received an Order dated 14th January 2026 from the Regional Provident Fund CommissionerI, Regional Office, Ranchi (EPF Authority), with respect to direction issued under section 8F of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (the Act) for the recovery of dues/damages under section 7Q of the Act with respect the Company’s establishment situated at Kumardhubi, Dhanbad -828203, Ranchi. It is further informed that the Demand Notice from EPF Authority received earlier in this regard has been challenged before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT), Dhanbad vide case no. EPFA 20/2025, pursuant to which a writ petition has been filed at the appropriate forum. The detailed disclosure as required under regulation 30(6) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule-III of the Listing Regulations in enclosed as Annexure-I.
